Family-Run Edmonton Favourite

PiKanté is a family-run Mexican restaurant inside Bountiful Farmers' Market in south Edmonton, owned by Pamela (from Guatemala) and Ken (from Oaxaca, Mexico). The name blends "picante" with Pam and Ken's initials — a personal touch that reflects the heart behind the food.

Everything is made from scratch using time-intensive traditional recipes. Ken's Oaxacan mole takes a full day to prepare, and the birria is slow-stewed to perfection. No preservatives — just real ingredients and careful seasoning.
